Intrapersonal intelligence helps a person to be insightful and to be able to access your innermost thoughts and feelings. You have the strong ability to learn from things that you have learned from in the past. There are many ways to help improve or develop this intelligence. Learning how to meditate can be a good way to improve your intelligence. This can be done by setting some quiet time aside in order to be able to think. You can set short and long term goals for yourself. Keeping a journal for your daily thoughts, feelings, or memories is also a good way for improving your intelligence.
The website Inspiring Breakthrough helps to reinforce that there are strengths and weaknesses to be able to achieve personal goals. It also shows how you can recognize a change your behaviors in order to build on your personal goals. Brainbox helps in showing some characteristics for developing your intrapersonal intelligence. It reinforces the fact that someone with this intelligence prefers to work by themselves and may also appear to be shy. The Yale website reinforces the different goals you can set for yourself. In school you have to have certain ability for reading and understanding.
