Associate Manager, Client Partnership The Associate Manager, Client Partnership supports and assists in growing the current client directly, working as a day-to-day client contact. The Associate Manager, Client Partnership assists the Manager, Client Partnership by ensuring that project outcomes meet client’s needs and specifications. They are accountable for delivering world-class work, while identifying opportunities to grow the business and contributing to overall client satisfaction. The Associate Manager, Client Partnership reports to the Manager, Client Partnership or Management Supervisor. Specific Duties: ? Recommends solutions that help build the client’s business ? Manages overall client budgets accurately ? Engages in self-development ? Manages client communication for project initiatives ? Builds relationship marketing experience ? Provides excellent written and verbal business-communication skills ? Assists in creative brief development ? Develops case studies ? Ties project execution back to the client’s objectives and creative brief ? Organizes, manages, and distributes meeting notes within 24 hours of internal and client meetings ? Partners with Project Management to ensure successful execution and delivers results to meet or exceed objectives ? Builds and maintains ongoing relationships within the client organization ? Drafts presentations to client with support of Manager, Client Partnership, Management Supervisor and Strategic Planning ? Works with Manager, Client Partnership and others to develop and implement plans ? Assists with development of new business strategy ?
