Background:

Kudler Fine Foods was established by a passionate Gourmet lover named Kathy Kudler, Kudlers vision of a gourmet emporium came to pass in 1998 when she opened her first Fine Foods store in La Jolla, California. Kudler hoped that the opening of her store would stop local Gourmet Cooks; from driving all over the city seeking prized ingredients. Kudlers fresh selection and wide variety of select foods and cooking accessories made her local success. Kudlers success soon lead to the expansion of her company, she opened a store in neighboring Del Mar, and Encinitas, California.  
Although, Kudler found early yet consistent success with her La Jolla location, she has since struggled to get her Del Mar location to the same stature.   Early sales at the Encinitas location, deems the store to be very promising. Kudler remains optimistic about her investments and confident in herself. Kudlers commitment to service her area with premium select foods, have turned her into a managing machine. Resting is no longer apart of Kudlers vocabulary, she works at each location weekly, sometimes daily to ensure that her store are operable and customers are satisfied.
Managers, Assistant Managers, Culinary Specialists, and other needed employees all work for Kudler Fine Foods (KFF).   Kathy Kudler hired them to operate, and assists her with the store expenditures. Kudlers contentment with handling the purchasing products for each store has altered the time she spends interacting with customers. She wills herself to be more than just a figure head for her company; she is easily approachable, customer friendly, and obtainable by every employee.
Concerns:
KFF is a great business with a lot of upside, it has the potential to be the premier gourmet foods store in all of California, but just like any other business there are some concerns that must be addressed.   First KFF stores are made up of five departments, and four of them have slogans....
