Marketing Plan

A professional marketing plan is a way to make sure that I am focus on my efforts on achieving the first position after I graduate as student from (college).   I have narrowed my search with three employers where I can see the possibilities for personal and professional growth, and as I research and discover these specific career positions with the potential employers I had organized these employers into three target employer categories.
The first employer that I have chosen was (fill in your employer).   The (employer) mission statement simply states that they strive to make the patients, visitors, and the employees happy.   The also state that they provide excellence by providing a compassionate and healing environment for those that they are privilege to serve.   As I researched more in to the company it seems that the knowledge that they are looking for are the basics for being part of their medical team; (employers) concentrate on the knowledge of   medical terms, simple documentation, the correct way to distribute meds, and the use of a computer along with taking vital signs, as I did take time to discuss possible employment with them as a medical assistant they did state that they don’t have M.A’s, but considering the qualifications that I posses and the idea that I will be a college graduate with a degree in the medical field they did discuss that if I chose to work with them I will be under the constant supervision of an higher.   During a brief but formal meeting with (Employer President) we also discussed the behaviors and what she expects out of her employees, and as an employer what the employees should expect, and we briefly went over the professional development and education that the facility requires in the position that I am considering.   Throughout the facility an employer should be professional and courteous at all times, proper dress code in effect, the skills are basic once again as she reminded me the employees
