Of mice and men

It was a warm damp day, Lennie was running, and he appeared to be getting tired. The flaming sun was beating down on his back like waves hitting the shore. In the background you can still see the men working in the fields. There were a few birds flying above him, biting each other’s wings. He soon arrived at the brush, in which he was ordered to wait for his good friend George.
"where is George?", said Lennie

"Over here!", said a giant puppy, "You think you killed me, well you didn’t, George will leave your worthless ass, and go get himself a girl, and a job!"

The   brush russled in the background, George stepped through the brush.

"Are you going to leave me?", Screamed Lennie

"Hell no, I aint’ gonna’ leave ya", said George "You aint’ done nothin’ wrong."

"Can you tell me the story about the ranch we are going to have again?", asked Lennie

"O.K.", said George, "It’s about 10 acres, and it has alfalfa growing on it. It also has a big ol’ bunch of rabbits in it. You take a sack and fill it up with alfalfa, then you take it to the rabbits. After that you pet them and play with them!"

George sneaks behind Lennie, and slowly draws a gun from his inside left pocket. He points it at the back of Lennie, then he slowly moves up his spine. The barrel of the gun touches the base of his skull. Then he hears a sound comming from the woods. Curly steps out.

He screams, "I’m going to kill you,…. You big, stupid, gumpy, son of a bitch!"

George quickly in his friends defense changes his mind. He whips the gun around, his finger shakes on the trigger for a second. Then the shot echoes through the woods, and blood flies onto the brush. George’s eye twitches in sickness.

Then he says, "Come on Lennie, we have to get out of here."

"O.k.", Lennie said, "but where are we going?"

"To find more work", George replied, "you stupid son of a bitch"
