Movie 1: “Working Girl”
The film starts of with a few clues on where it is by showing lady liberty.   The camera was on a helicopter showing the high angles.   This is called an Aerial shots, “Aerial shots, usually taken from a helicopter; are really variations for the crane shot” (Giannetti, 122).   I learned that when the camera is up high, like it was in the introduction of the film, it is stating the high importance of the picture shown.   Since the camera was high focusing on lady liberty it was stating that she is very important in history and another point is that the movie is being filmed in New York City.   I also learned that when the camera is down looking up at the actor it means it is not a very important or it does not have power certain scenes in the movie.   For example, in this film the lady worked in an office and the camera was at a low angle stating she was not a very important woman at work she did not have power.   However, when she got home the camera was at her level stating at home she was important and she was in control or was the main head of the house whole.   Over- all-the, camera angles can mean different thing in many different ways.   It was a good movie and it had its good points in my opinion.

Some scenes had most of the lighting on the left with a bit of lighting on the right side.   Darkness was also a key on this film.   Darkness meant something negative had happened just like music.   The film had plenty of music and in certain scenes the...
