My Brother (U.s. Marine)
I have and older brother named Blane. He is a marine. I love him so much and I look up to him. Blane is my hero. Right now he’s in Afghanistan. I pray that he will be safe. I want to right about him. I want everyone to know how great my brother is.
Blane and I used to hate each other. He blamed everything on me. I still loved him. He was troubled. He’d sneak out at night and then got caught by the police. He went to jail and then to a group home in Sacramento.. I missed him. I’d cry every night wishing he’d come home. When he turned 18, he joined the marines. He only told my dad. Mom eventually found out and wouldn’t talk to him since then. He got married and mom didn’t even show up at the reception. When my mom and dad divorced, she talked to Blane. Weird right?
Now he is a marne and is making the right choices. I’m proud of him. I’m a proud sister of a U.S. marine. I think Blane is #1. I support him. I love you Blane. You make me smile when i see you safe when you come home. You make me laugh when you tell me a joke. I can't wait to see this summer. Hopefully you do not miss my birthday. Even though you annoy me i love you no matter what. I love it when you call me. I am a very proud sister. I will send you a care package. I hope you don't go back during my 8th grade year next year. Please come home safe. Love you.
