My Manic Christmas Day
My manic Christmas morning is full of lots of things for me to look forward too. I start by cleaning house and cooking a delicious Christmas dinner. Then we all sit down to eat dinner and visit with each other. We all love to talk about our achievements in life and new things going on in our world. After dinner we gather around the Christmas tree to pass out gifts. We are all full of excitement as we rip into our new prizes. Then sadly we have to say our good byes to each other. Being gathered at my mothers home for such a special holiday is such a joy for all of us.
The first thing I do to start out my Christmas day is to start cleaning our home. I clean the living room, dining room, bathrooms, and the kitchen. I’m not exactly sure why I clean the kitchen because I have to get right back in there and cook. Cooking is such a joy to me. I love to make big meals and have the family over for a good time. Christmas dinner is always the best to cook. We cook turkey, ham, dressing, sweet potato casserole, potato salad, deviled eggs, green beans, corn, cranberry sauce, macaroni and cheese, and many other dishes. We also make lots of great desserts.
After everyone has been fighting back the temptation from eating, we can finally sit down and enjoy our lovely Christmas dinner. Eating dinner with my family always is an enjoyment. They can be a hoot to be around. My family always some interesting stories to tell everyone. Visiting with family to me is very important. You can not get better entertainment anywhere else. You can joke and talk about the dumb things that you have done in your life,

and not have to worry about people judging you.
Now it is time to sit around the Christmas tree and pass out gifts. Everyone is always excited and anxious about what their gift is going to be. So as everyone is ripping into their gifts, I am sitting back hoping that no one is disappointed by their gift. So after opening presents we all have to...
