"WAKE UP NOW WILL YOU" My maid shouted as she pushed the lump under the covers on the bed that more or less resembled a large garage sale for used clothing. I came out of my bath room to the surprise of my maid who was still struggling with the large bolster thinking it was me. I went down stairs to the dining table to find the entire bulk of our luggage no one could have guessed that we were only leaving for only three days the clothing would have lasted us through a month without cleaning. The snacks could have lasted an average family through a week.
The first light of the day started to creep out of the horizon as we arrived at the first tollgate that dotted the outskirts of the city the road was exceptionally smooth but the farther we traveled the more hazardous the road became and more the toll gate charged it got to a point where even the four wheel drive gave way and failed the shock absorber just snapped in two but we saw better roads being made so that probably next year traveling through that area will be easier the driver said that it will take us 4 hours to get to ______. This caused me to think that it meant will take four hours to get to the beach. But after we arrived at the town there was no signs of any beach's all my eyes could see was red dry solid soil. I asked the driver how far the beach was he just said not far now we are almost there so I kept up a constant look for coco nut trees but I saw none. After another hour or so I asked him again but the same answer not far now and after a few minutes he's eyes brightened and said there it is I jumped out of my sleep and hit my head on the roof half way through and came back down, eyes searching for the sea but saw none. The driver pointed at an huge old tree and said "Over there see the half way mark" I sat back on my seat and let the tiredness take over me before the pain from the bulge on my head could.
