Organizational Philosophies and Technology
Not one solution that will deal with the unique requirements of management technology in an organization because each organization has its own distinctive business dynamics.   Appling a philosophies and technologies to an organization's precise need and objectives involves planning and synchronization from a range of sources.   “To achieve maximum return on investment, the resulting solution must be adopted by end -users, improve or enable processes, and deliver the right data for effective decision-support” (Newman Group, 2002, para. 1).   Technologies are changing the way industry and local, state, and federal government ventures function; the product is the performance of people in his or her profession.   This paper will provide details how companies can use technology to establish and manage the ethical standards and guidelines, in addition to, explain how technology can influence the disposition of the work environment or culture the company encourages.   Finally, in this paper the subject to discuss is the use of technology to perform human resources functions and how the use of this technology affects the company's culture.
Ethical Standards and Guidelines
The definition of technology is "the study, development, and application of devices, machines, and techniques for manufacturing and productive processes" (Encarta, 2009).   Within each description in the definition describe ethical standards and guidelines; individuals exercising his or her influence on technology can positively or negatively affect its legitimacy in the current culture.   According to Regan and O'Conner (2002), "the ability to use technology to enhance individual, work- group, and organizational performance will become increasingly important in the twenty- first century workplace" (p. 41)....
