Readings and Responses to Flores and Rosaldo, A Companion to Latina/o Studies
The new task for you is to work in small groups. This time, rather than just dividing the questions, I divide the reading, and the small groups of 2-3 will work together to respond to my questions, and to develop new questions to pose to all. Because of the scope of the reading and a high expectation for thoughtful responses, this discussion board takes place over a two-week period. You will read and work together over the next week. Post your response to my questions as individuals, and pose your own group questions to the class by Sunday, April 5 at 11:55pm. Respond to at least three other questions by Sunday, April 12 at 11:55pm. Please note that a few of your classmates have not been participating in DB activities. They may or may not participate; you will not be penalized for their inaction. Post the group question to all in consultation of the others in your small group, naming participants, but NOT identifying any who did not participate in the process.
