For the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business to communicate most effectively with present and potential students, a communication strategy should include:
    • Investments in Internet communication equipment
    • Additions and modifications to the current website
    • Expansion of cultural diversity

Technology Investment - Investing in Internet communication equipment would allow for more effective communication between students and faculty. It may also provide an opportunity to significantly expand the size of the student population.

Website Enrichment - A greater number of students would be attracted to apply if the website were more effective in communicating the strengths of the school. Greater numbers of applicants would naturally lead to better students being enrolled.

Cultural Diversity - If the school were able to attract a more culturally diverse community, it would gain greater recognition both domestically and abroad, possibly resulting in greater numbers of applicants.

Due to fluctuations in fuel prices, restrictions caused by physical distance, advances in technology, and increased availability of software, video conferencing and online learning have continued to grow in the United States. [1] Advancements in Internet communications have made it possible to hold meetings and attend classes without all participating members being physically present (if the proper technology is in place). Recently, more jobs have been including video conferencing through the Internet as a means of business communication. It is recommended recommend that this tool be utilized not only for its institutional benefits but also because it is a tool that graduates are likely to encounter in the work force.
