My Personalized Nutrition and Exercise Plan
When I think about a diet I tend to focus on getting rid of those extra pounds I have been promising myself to shed. As I begin to figure out a healthy plan I stated to think about all the different type of diets there are. Big businesses cater to the fascination with appearance and weight, offering books and schemes to deliver a smaller me quicker than ever. I have tried my fair share of them. Yet I failed to achieve my weight loss goal on them. I think I dropped out of those diets because it usually conflicted with my lifestyle, I did not like the foods and I was not ready to truly commit to the plan and eventually I would return to my original eating habits.. I have come to realize it is safer and more sensible to stick to the basic. It would benefit me in the long run to keep the new health plan as simple as possible.
Before I start to devise a new healthy eating plan there are a few things I should consider. I need make an assessment of my current state. After an in-depth search I found that I do not have any physical or health problem that I need to calculate into my plan. Now I need to set my goals for my new healthy eating style plan.
I have a host of eating problems. I like point out some of my short comings. First of all I love to eat. I would have the burger, fries and diet coke combo from a different fast food joint every day. When I was much younger and blessed with a decent metabolism I did not see much negative effect from all of the unhealthy eating however; it has taken its toll on my body now.
As a caffeine junky I drank coffee filled with sugar and cream. I loved Sunday breakfast, with bacon and sausage, eggs omelets, butter grits filled with lots of butter. Chocolate is my greatest weakness of all. I love to eat chocolate when I am mad, sad or happy.
My goals can be flexible yet a must be set. Goals are important because they offer me a target. Setting small easily to reach short term...
