a Review On Customer Service

The Interview
Upon thinking about this assignment I had several options as far as where I wanted to contact someone to interview.   I am from St. Louis and was going home so that opened up a whole new marketplace for me to find someone, but oddly enough I stuck around here.   I wanted to interview someone in a smaller company to get a perspective on how the customer service works in that type of environment.   There are several print shops around this area, those of which I figure that most of the class would seek out to interview.   I thought wouldn’t it be grand if I could get on the inside of a place where I have actually participated in the customer service?   It would surely help me to understand and form quite a few questions!   All of these things combined led me to ZAX Imprinted Sportswear.   They do everything from screen printing on most anything you con come up with, embroidery, window & car decal design and production, banners, signs, etc.  
I went in to the shop one afternoon and since it is a smaller, informal type of company, asked who would qualify for the job of a custom service representative after listing off an explanation of what a CSR does.   Now, after just recently moving to a more noticeable location, they shop is in shambles and quite crammed as compared to the last ZAX residence.   Knowing this, you could understand how Ms. Webber came from behind the wall with a forced smile and popped up her had to let me know that was her.   I am thinking to myself, “this is just great, this lady is going to be a real awesome time!”   It turned out once I told her about what I was doing there and asked if she would allow me to interview her on a few topic questions, she seemed more that delighted to help me out.  
I asked her when would be a good time to meet to talk about a few things and she said I can talk for a little while right now!   I had brainstormed a few questions that I might want to ask during my interview and proceeded with them.   I...
