    The usual homebuyer’s look at certain categories when purchasing a home the two most popular categories to look for are: the price of the home and the size of the home. Our team has purposed a hypothesis that when buying a home the price of the home increases with the higher amount of size (square feet) and bedrooms. Our team will perform a regression hypothesis test on the data and interpret the results of our regression hypothesis testing. Like stated prior our thoughts on the hypothesis is that the price increases as the size gets larger within a home, but only research and regression hypothesis testing will prove our hypothesis to be correct or incorrect.
Formulated Hypothesis
      In formulating the hypothesis statement for what increase the value in homes. The team looked at a few key factors that would increase the price in homes. Realtors will always say location is a vital factor for increase or decrease in home prices. The team wanted the key factor that would only show the increase of homes. The team selected three factors, square feet, bedrooms, and prices. In analyzing the key factors for the research of home increase the three selected where vital in home prices increase.
