Hello, I'm the HR Manager for Big Apple. Inc.   We are a New York City based marketing firm, and our clientèle ranges from professional sports teams, restaurant chains, hotels and resorts, to movie studios.   What we do is basically help our clients come up with innovative advertising campaigns.   We are looking for recent college graduates to join our company.   We have some entry level marketing positions available, and the harder the you work, the faster you will move up in our company.   You will be dealing with our clients on a one   on one basis.   You will work with your co-workers on existing projects, manage budgets and deadlines, and participate in brainstorming sessions.   Hopefully you will even come up with ideas for new advertising campaigns.   There is no experience necessary, but you should be a quick learner.   You should have strong communication, personal, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.   Your senior co-workers will help you learn the business, just as you will do with any employees newer than you.   Due to the media nature of the work, you should have strong computer skills.   Our company has a strict promotion from within policy, so like I said before, the harder you work the faster you will move up.
I have always been interested in the advertising industry, and your company seems like a perfect opportunity to get into the business.   Even though it's not formal, I have a little experience with marketing.   This past summer, the economy was hurting the restaurant I worked for.   We needed an edge over the surrounding restaurants in the town.   I helped come up with different themes for each night of the week, such as two-fer Tuesdays and BBQ Wednesdays.   I printed up fliers and put ads in the newspaper, and sure enough, business increased.   I have excellent and problem solving skills critical thinking, and am extremely motivated.   I am eager to work on real campaigns for large companies.   I have no problem working overtime to meet deadlines,...
