            Scents and Things is a therapy for relaxation, stores that provides customer with the proper tools and techniques needed for at home relaxation therapy. The stores has provided a large range of products including at home salon services such as cosmetic treatment, and reflexology, candles, aromatherapy, and perfume kits. All of these products focus on an obtaining a balance of mind, spirit and body. With the applying of these products consumers who experience the feeling of being stressed from everyday life, which includes their busy jobs, and personal activities find the healthy balance and attain complete relaxation. The company will conduct a SWOTT analysis. The internal and external analysis of Scents and Things in relation to the organization forces and trends such as; Economic, Technological, Strategy, legal/ Regulatory, Innovation, Structure, Resources, and Culture. The paper will conduct the one of primary strength, weakness, opportunity, threat and trend if possible for each of the factors. SWOTT analysis table will sum up the finding of the force and factors relative to Scents & Things.

This should be considered from an internal and external viewpoint paying close attention to the customer’s feelings.
