Introduction
For any organization, it is important to be familiar with the business environment. For this reason, many businesses dedicate time into analyzing environmental factors that may affect the organization. A SWOTT analysis is often how businesses perform such an analysis. A SWOTT analysis looks at the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and trends of a particular business environment. It identifies key factors and essentially gives the organization an idea of what they’re dealing with and what to expect. The following synopsis is based on the evaluation of environmental factors associated with the business of Hank Factory Productions. Using this report, the organization’s management can evaluate the factors related to the long-term profitability and the potential obstacles in the success of the business.

As the organization will soon begin its operation as a business, preparation is important for Hank Factory Productions. An area where analysis is necessary deals with the environment in which the organization will operate. This can include either internal forces and trends or external forces and trends. For example, an external force and trend that the organization will take into account is technology. As technology evolves and advances, it is always important for Hank factory Productions to be equipped with the necessary equipment and avoid outdated and undesired technology. As a result, the business can remain competitive against other businesses that have quality processes.
