Customers want a product that will produce a return on investment, give the customer a competitive edge in a competitive market, and that customers will support.   Customers want the functioning customer relationship management (CRM) system sooner rather than later.   TeraTech is projecting that it will take two years to launch the new product at a cost of $100 million.   Establishing the most effective product development agenda will be a key to success for the company.   This paper includes benchmarking of various companies from which TeraTech can take best practices as well as avoiding mistakes made by companies.

            TeraTech will have a great deal of success with retaining customers, staying at the top of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution provider industry, and substantially increase profits.   Benchmarking other companies will allow TeraTech the opportunity to acquire the necessary skills to improve on the (CRM) system.
TeraTech will remain a leader in the industry by simulating new growth through using strategies to engage stakeholders to grow the new analytical tool for the CRM currently in the infancy stage of the product.
TeraTech has the opportunity to retain customers, gain additional revenue, and increase market share. When it understand the needs of current and prospective customers, it will use the talents and skills available to develop and execute a marketing plan that yields a CRM system that customers value.
