I would like to take a hypothetical organization named Phoenix Apparels. This organization has very wide range in Men’s Apparels. Let’s get into the work environment and climate of the company so as to analyze, how the profitability and growth of the company is affected by the communication, culture, conflict and technology.

Communication
Communications can also be described as positive, negative, posts-hypnotic, process- or content-oriented suggestions, direct, or indirect. For most people it's not what you say that counts as much as how you say it. Communication is of two types, these are Direct and Indirect communication.
Direct communication brings two way communication, active listening, effective feedback and direct approach lets the other person feel directly and consciously involved in the therapeutic, educational, or commercial process.   Some people want to be clear and up front about what they are doing and what's happening to them.
Indirect communication reflects guess work, inaccuracy, inference of motives, game playing behavior, defensiveness.
